What the key tasks will look like

In order to further develop the company, the Campaign expert is responsible for lead generation activities and related communication with a strong growth strategy through the digital channel. You actively participate in the acquisition & retention marketing strategy and develop and implement concrete action plans to reach objectives. The objective of campaign management is to reach the right customers at the right time with the right message via the right channel. This targeting allows us to meet customer needs, maintain satisfaction and achieve the business objectives. You understand our unique value proposition and turn that information into authentic and compelling campaigns.

  • You develop and manage channel-agnostic communication plans, leveraging available insight, data analytics, and excellent working knowledge of digital and offline media channels – to deliver effective, innovative, and fully integrated campaigns. Work will include the planning, briefing, proofing, and evaluation of creative work and media plans.
  • You keep up to date with performance paid media and creative best practices, industry research, legislation, and competitor activities
  • You manage performance campaigns, ensure monthly KPIs are achieved, and optimisation tactics are executed across media and creative to improve channel performance.
  • You identify trends in performance data, pull insight out and recommend future improvements.
  • You build innovation and test and learn plans to ensure communications are always evolving and progressing in their effectiveness and efficiency.
  • You collaborate with the performance and media agency to deliver accurate, insightful, and timely reports on both campaign-wide and channel level performance, and competitor activity for the relevant business areas/teams.
  • You effectively manage and measure budgets, including the raising of purchase orders and reconciliation of agency hours, whilst ensuring maximum value extraction.
  • You collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify the most effective channels and deliver consistent, engaging executions across paid, owned, and earned media, aligned with specific campaign objectives.
  • You actively support the sales team and are in charge of developing sales supporting material
  • You utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • You manage and influence stakeholders for sign-off and approval
  • You are a member of the marketing team and report to the Brand & Performance manager

Required skills and competencies

  • Masters degree or equivalent by experience 
  • You have
    • at least 5 years proven experience in the areas of campaign management including online marketing.
    • Experience in digital marketing, and a passion for new and innovative marketing techniques
    • A proven track record in developing and implementing successful lead generation programs.
    • Comprehensive knowledge of marketing, sales, and business development processes.
  • You are an excellent project leader. Your energy and your desire to achieve the goals and record clear results are inspiring and contagious. You encourage your colleagues to offer excellent performance, to meet the challenges and fulfill all objectives.
  • You have strong communication skills and have excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • You have a strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • You are a problem-solver, entrepreneurial and result oriented.
  • You are fluent in French, Dutch and English
